Stellantis in Mexico City is seeking a Product Engineer to liaison between Manufacturing and Engineering for Powertrain electrical components, ensuring changes are implemented and validated at the assembly plant.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 5+ years in automotive product development with hands-on plant experience. Strong communication and knowledge of NX/CATIA are valued for this role.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is required.
• 5+ years experience in automotive product engineering or related.
• Hands-on experience in Assembly/Manufacturing Plants and daily plant presence.

Responsabilidades

• Liaise between Manufacturing and Engineering to address powertrain electrical component issues.
• Communicate issues promptly to Powertrain Electrical Part Owners.
• Validate implementation of Engineering Changes in assembly plants.
• Coordinate and follow up tests to confirm part conformance.
• Evaluate feasibility with Resident Engineer before Engineering Change processing.
• Ensure parts with pending validation can be shipped and assembled into vehicles.

Educación

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automotive, Electric, Electro-mechanical, etc.)
