Formación

• Experience leading cross-functional teams in powertrain programs.
• Strong background in MBSE and design rule development.
• Ability to manage lessons learned and integrate PCA/FMA artifacts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead powertrain models in MagicDraw and MBSE environments.
• Coordinate with TS/DRs to ensure design parameters are captured.
• Manage milestone reviews, timing plans, and program financials.
• Support WERS release and transmission development activities.
