Ford is seeking a Powertrain Manufacturing Engineer in Mexico to bridge product design and production. You will lead planning and implementation of manufacturing processes, equipment, and facilities for ICE, Transmission, Axle, and electrification programs.

You will work with Product Engineering, Plant Operations, and suppliers to deliver world-class quality, manage budgets and POs, and drive continuous improvement across GPDS, BOP, PFMEA, and control plans.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or related).
• Experience in manufacturing engineering for powertrain systems and new program launches (GPDS).
• Proficiency in PFMEA and Control Plans; knowledge of Bill of Process (BOP) and equipment procurement.

Responsabilidades

• Provide program leadership and planning for global powertrain programs (ICE and Electrification).
• Develop and maintain robust manufacturing processes using Failure Mode Avoidance tools; deliver PFMEA, Control Plans, SCCAF, EPM documentation.
