Ford Mexico is seeking a Powertrain Manufacturing Engineer who will bridge product design and production, leading installation projects for powertrain programs. You will guide cost studies, procurement, and supplier evaluations while aligning with global standards and investment efficiency goals.

The role requires a strong technical leader able to navigate complex engineering studies from concept to launch, with English proficiency for global reporting and collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or related).
• Professional experience in building and facilities engineering.
• Proficiency in mechanical installations and equipment procurement.
• Knowledge of MS Project and project budgeting.

Responsabilidades

• Program Leadership & Planning: Lead cost studies and manage installation projects per Ford policy.
• Technical Implementation: Manage procurement, design, runoff, and delivery of equipment ensuring safety and productivity standards.
• Financial & Investment Management: Drive investment efficiency and track POs to meet program goals.
• Supplier Management: Lead supplier evaluations and ensure on-time OEM documentation delivery.
• Continuous Improvement: Champion Lessons Learned and standardize engineered solutions.
