Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 2 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred 4+ years relevant experience.
• Previous customer service experience with a focus on payments industry.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve merchant technical support issues for POS products.
• Enter required information into databases while resolving issues.
• Develop knowledgebase with revisions to POS products and procedures.
