Hilton in Mexico, Jalisco region, seeks a Pool Concierge to brighten guests’ days at the pool by delivering memorable hospitality experiences. You’ll respond to guest inquiries, welcome guests, handle towel and furniture duties, and conduct pool-area rounds while promoting Hilton services and additional offerings.

• Promote additional services: Balinese beds, wine bottles, spa massages to boost profitability
• Promote hotel offerings and encourage use of hotel services and programs

As a Pool Concierge , you’re not just assisting guests with special requests and services at the pool area – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here’s what you'll do during a typical day:

• Delight our guests: Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns

• Welcome guests and attend to their pool-related needs including, but not limited to, providing clean towels and repositioning chairs and/or umbrellas.

• Conduct rounds of the pool area and remain available to address any guest requests.

• Offer additional services: Promote the sale of Balinese beds, bottles of wine and spa massages to increase the hotel's profitability.

• Promote hotel offerings: Share marketing materials and encourage use of hotel services and programs
