Hilton in Mexico is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Hotels team. You will support marketing initiatives, assist with campaigns, maintain the department calendar, and coordinate internal projects to help deliver memorable guest experiences.

You will also help prepare sales documents, reports, proposals, and loyalty postings, while handling daily office tasks like data entry and invoicing. This role emphasizes hospitality, integrity, leadership, and teamwork.

• Assist with sales documentation: Help prepare booking reports, contracts, proposals, client call summaries, and loyalty point postings to support the sales process
• Perform daily office operations: Provide administrative support including data entry, invoice distribution, and recordkeeping to ensure efficient team operations
• Support special projects: Assist with coordinating departmental initiatives or ad-hoc assignments
