Qualifications

• Four-year or graduate degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related discipline.
• Typically 4–7 years of work experience in project management, IT, or transition implementation.
• PMP Certification is required.
• ITIL/ITSM certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on transition programs across functions and align project plans with strategies.
• Coordinate internal and external project activities across the transition program.
• Lead complex projects and develop best practices for transition and transformation.
• Support transition managers in scope, cost estimates, scheduling, and risk assessments.
• Act as primary client liaison to facilitate communication with internal departments.
