• Develop, maintain, and track detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.

• Identify risks and coordinate mitigation actions.
• Facilitate meetings and communicate status to stakeholders and leadership.
• Apply PMP/PMI and Agile methodologies to plan, execute, monitor, and close projects.
• Coordinate priorities and deliverables among departments.
• Prepare status reports, presentations, dashboards, and progress updates.
• Support resource planning and prioritization.
• Ensure project documentation is maintained throughout lifecycle.

BEPC Inc. provides Specialized Engineering Solutions and IT Project Management services to Fortune 500 companies in the Life Science and Technology industries. BEPC Mexico, a division of BEPC Incorporated, provides and manages consulting services for Automotive and Medical device companies throughout Mexico and around the globe.

The Quality Assurance PMO will be responsible for coordinating and supporting cross-functional projects within Engineering, Quality, and Research & Development (R&D). This role requires strong project management capabilities, effective communication with multiple stakeholders, and the ability to manage project schedules, deliverables, risks, and priorities. The ideal candidate will have experience working under structured project management methodologies such as PMP or Agile and hands‑on experience with Microsoft Project.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and coordinate projects involving Engineering, Quality, R&D, and other cross-functional teams.
• Develop, maintain, and track detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Use Microsoft Project to manage timelines, dependencies, resources, and project progress.
• Monitor project execution and ensure activities are completed according to established timelines and requirements.
• Identify project risks, constraints, and potential delays and coordinate appropriate mitigation actions.
• Facilitate project meetings, follow up on action items, and communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership.
• Apply PMP and/or Agile methodologies to effectively plan, execute, monitor, and close projects.
• Coordinate priorities and deliverables among Engineering, Quality, R&D, Operations, and other relevant departments.
• Prepare project status reports, presentations, dashboards, and progress updates.
• Support resource planning and prioritization based on project requirements and business needs.
• Ensure project documentation is properly maintained and updated throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to project execution, processes, and cross-functional collaboration.

QUALIFIACTIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field.

• Experience working in Engineering, Quality, R&D, or technical project environments.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating or managing cross-functional projects.
• Knowledge and practical application of PMP/PMI and/or Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project for project planning and schedule management.
• Strong organizational, planning, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Advanced English proficiency

• Experience supporting product development, R&D, quality, engineering, or new product introduction (NPI) projects.
• Familiarity with risk management, change control, and project performance metrics.
