Gamma Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager Office focused on generating, evaluating, prioritizing and executing initiatives to significantly enhance the performance of the supply chain and commercial processes of Mexico Business.

You will support and manage multiple projects aimed at improving productivity and costs, reducing inventories and cycle times, reducing quality fallout and maximizing asset utilization.

Qualifications

• BS in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering or other technical field.
• 5+ years in operations with at least 2 years leading projects.

Responsabilités

• Manage and/or support supply chain and commercial projects over full life cycle.
• Lead New Seasons/Seasonal Events by coordinating stakeholders and providing timeline updates.
• Serve as liaison between Operational and Commercial Teams in Mexico and Corporate (ROH).
• Evaluate and prioritize new initiatives and projects, guiding initiation and focus.
• Monitor progress of Projects and Kaizen Events to meet objectives.
• Communicate project KPIs with executives and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain documentation with objectives, scope, finances, and plans.
• Promote DMAIC-based project management across the supply chain.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement process changes to meet business needs.
• Direct feasibility studies, defining scope, benefits and costs.
• Develop and present supply chain concepts and strategies to Senior Management.
• Lead and direct key personnel resources; coordinate with other PMOs.
• Assist senior leaders in selecting projects aligned with goals.
• Update users and management on status; prepare approval materials.
• Perform capital investment justifications with emphasis on ROI.
• Liaise with PMO and Supply Chain Transformation teams.
• Mentor and develop supply chain staff in Lean-six sigma and PM tools.
