Job summary

HP is seeking a Supply Chain MADO Program Manager to join Enterprise Operations in Mexico. You will lead end-to-end M&A supply chain programs, define milestones and execution plans, and ensure Day 1 readiness and a smooth handover to operations.

You will operate within the IMO, coordinating with Finance, IT, Legal, and Go-To-Market, and lead cross-functional teams across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and customer operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in supply chain, program management, or transformation roles.
• Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional global programs.
• Experience in mergers and acquisitions, integration, or carve-outs preferred.
• Understanding of multiple supply chain domains (planning, procurement, logistics, customer operations).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end M&A supply chain programs with defined milestones, deliverables, and execution approach across all supply chain domains.
• Drive integration and separation execution for Day 1 readiness, stabilization, and handover to operations.
• Operate within the Integration Management Office (IMO) with cross-functional alignment to Finance, IT, Legal, and Go-To-Market.
• Lead cross-functional teams across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and customer operations.
• Manage program governance with reporting, executive updates, and decision forums to drive transparency and speed.
• Drive value realization by delivering synergy targets and ensuring SCM performance supports deal objectives.
• Support due diligence and deal shaping with supply chain input on target operating models and risks.
