Capgemini in Mexico seeks a Business Transformation Manager to develop and deliver intelligent supply chain solutions for targeted industries. You will engage with clients to understand requirements and propose strategic operating model improvements.

Responsibilities include leading engagements, shaping presales, delivering maturity assessments, building business cases, and guiding KPI-driven value realization while collaborating with cross-functional Capgemini teams to drive growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5-10 years of relevant supply chain experience in industry operations or consultancy.
• Strong knowledge across Demand Planning, S&OP/IBP, production planning, inventory mgmt, logistics.
• Ability to analyze supply chain data and identify opportunities.
• Excellent client relationship-building and facilitation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsabilidades

• Drive customer project and consulting engagements to deliver client requirements.
• Contribute to presales engagements to scope solutions and develop proposals.
• Deliver supply chain maturity assessments and roadmaps for improvements.
• Develop supply chain business cases showing ROI.
• Define and implement value metrics and KPIs for business success.
• Collaborate with Capgemini teams for proposal development and delivery.
