Job summary

Carrier MCN Coordinator Analyst is sought for an onsite role in Santa Catarina, NL, Mexico. You will own the engineering-to-manufacturing change process, review ECNs, and ensure BOM accuracy before production.

You will maintain BOMs in Windchill, perform where-used analysis, and coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and quality teams to ensure timely change implementation. The role requires a degree in engineering or a technical field, 2+ years in CM/PLM, strong Excel skills,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/manufacturing or technical field.
• 2+ years in configuration management, product data management, or engineering change management.
• Hands-on experience with a PLM system (Windchill, Teamcenter, Agile, Enovia, or similar).
• Strong Excel skills (comparisons, lookups, macro-driven tools).
• Experience with multi-level BOMs, part revisions, and lifecycle states (Design → Released → Production).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent changes/deadlines.
• English advanced

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and validate ECNs; identify affected parts and revisions.
• Maintain/query BOMs in PLM; perform where-used analysis.
• Compare structures before/after change to detect variations at any BOM level.
• Verify differences match engineering intent; resolve discrepancies.
• Draft, issue, and track MCNs for production-floor changes.
• Maintain full traceability: ECN → MCN for audit.
• Coordinate timing with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality.
• Flag items not yet release-ready (Design/Under Review).
• Suggest process/tooling improvements to reduce manual effort.
