AgileEngine is seeking a Platform Engineer to design and scale core infrastructure on AWS and Kubernetes, supporting rapid company growth. You will build reliable platform services, monitor performance, and ensure security while collaborating with engineering and data science teams.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of Python/TypeScript server development, API design experience, and hands-on AWS/Kubernetes expertise, including service mesh tech.

Formación

• 3+ years of server development in Python or TypeScript.
• 1+ year of API design and development using REST/gRPC.
• 1+ year of experience with AWS and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Service Mesh technologies such as Istio, Linkerd, Cilium, or similar.
• 1+ year of experience building advanced architectural components (service registry, streaming, event bus, distributed caching, polyglot persistence).
• 6+ months of experience working with LLMs, prompt engineering, harness engineering, or AIOps tooling.
• 6+ months of SDLC AI-native usage via Claude Code, Claude Cowork, or similar.
• Excellent communication, quick learner, ownership mindset.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable platform services to support company growth.
• Measure, monitor, and optimize system performance and bottlenecks.
• Manage cloud resources and service boundaries with a focus on security and reliability.
• Implement best practices to optimize development processes and efficiency.
• Communicate status, risks, and issues to stakeholders including senior leadership.
