As a Plant Vehicle Team Ford Champ, you address customer concerns from the product standpoint within Underbody and Powertrain systems, working with Quality, Manufacturing, and Product Development.

Qualifications

• Active student in final 2 semesters of an Engineering degree.
• Strong English (95% proficiency) in speaking, reading, writing.
• Analytical thinker with good communication skills.
• Interest in EVs, data-driven problem solving and product engineering.
• Familiar with data analysis tools; Excel; Jira/Power BI is a plus.
• Collaborative mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze quality performance trends and telemetry to detect root causes and improvements.
• Track, coordinate, and document issue resolutions using Jira.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support containment and engineering solutions.
• Assist engineers in plant vehicle trials and validate product changes.
• Support vehicle troubleshooting, diagnostics, and inspection to uphold safety/build standards.
• Prepare data-driven reports to support technical reviews and leadership decisions.
