Formación

• Active student enrolled in one of the last two semesters as listed.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Strong English proficiency (oral, reading, writing, listening).

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement Continuous Education Strategy.
• Lead Talent Development KPIs and reporting.
• Develop and deploy training programs for employees.
• Coordinate internal training communications and rollout.

Conocimientos

Strong analytical skills

90% English skills

Educación

Active student in last 2 semesters (Communications, HR, Administration, Psychology or Industrial Engineering)
