Ford Champs in Mexico is offering a 12-month Vehicle Hardware Engineering Integration program for students in the final two semesters of engineering disciplines. You will bridge mechanical, electrical, and systems engineering to tackle real mobility challenges alongside experienced engineers.

Applicants should have strong English skills and proven analytical and collaboration abilities. This paid program emphasizes practical hardware development and early leadership exposure.

Formación

• Active student from any of the last 2 semesters of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related engineering.
• 90% English skills (Oral, reading, writing, and listening)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Must have knowledge of Systems Engineering Fundamentals and Design Thinking
• Analytical problem-solving with ability to investigate complex issues and root-cause solutions
• Cross-functional collaboration across diverse engineering, business, and design teams
• Initiative & prioritization with strong organizational skills
• Inclusive written and verbal communication

As a Vehicle Hardware Engineering Integration Ford Champ, you will gain hands-on experience bridging multiple engineering disciplines to solve real-world mobility challenges. Working alongside experienced engineers, you will contribute directly to physical vehicle hardware development, learn systems engineering best practices, and play an active role in advancing our mission to deliver universal Freedom of Movement.
