Stellantis is seeking a Vehicle Diagnostic Engineer for the Toluca assembly plant. The role focuses on diagnosing production issues using electrical and mechanical signals, DTCs and data-driven root-cause analysis to protect vehicle quality.

You will lead cross-functional diagnostics with Manufacturing, Engineering and Quality, document findings and corrective actions, and validate repair procedures to sustain product function and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 5+ years in automotive diagnostics.
• Experience in vehicle assembly, manufacturing, diagnostics or root-cause analysis.
• Ability to interpret vehicle signals and electrical/mechanical interactions.
• Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostic tools for reading signals and DTCs.
• Advanced English communication for cross-functional interaction with Corporate Engineering, Quality and teams.
• Strong data-driven problem solving and root-cause definition.

Responsabilidades

• Lead vehicle diagnostic activities in the assembly plant across build and quality gates.
• Read and interpret signals, DTCs, network data, and module behavior for failure analysis.
• Analyze electrical and mechanical systems to identify true root causes.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality and Corporate teams.
• Document diagnostics and corrective actions with clear evidence and status.
• Support KPI improvement by identifying top issues and action effectiveness.
• Provide guidance on diagnostic methods and repair verification.
• Participate in technical calls with Corporate teams.
• Support production readiness and escalation as needed.
