Qualifications

• Master's degree in industrial or supply-chain management preferred; a Bachelor's degree is the minimum.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in production control and logistics in automotive preferred.
• Proven leadership experience as a manager or supervisor; strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage production control and logistics activities for the plant.
• Lead a team of professionals in customer management, deliveries, and planning.
• Oversee internal and external flows, inventory, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to PC&L standard processes and department budget.
