You will lead cross-functional teams, develop strategic plans, and ensure alignment with company goals while optimizing productivity and costs. The role requires 7-10+ years in manufacturing with strong leadership, Lean expertise, and bilingual Spanish/English as needed by site.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in manufacturing/operations with progressive leadership responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and operational excellence.
• Experience managing multi-functional teams.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred depending on site needs.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all plant operations including manufacturing, materials management, and support functions
• Develop and execute operational plans to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, productivity, waste reduction) across the plant
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards (e.g., QSR, safety, environmental)
• Lead workforce planning, talent development, and labor management across departments
• Manage inventory, capacity planning, and resource allocation to optimize plant performance
• Partner with engineering and leadership on capital projects, new product introduction, and process improvements
