AMETEK, Inc. in Tamaulipas, Mexico, seeks a Senior Production Planner to manage daily production planning, order management, and inventory optimization. You will liaise with Production, Procurement, Operations, Quality, Engineering and Customer Service to resolve constraints proactively.

You will own orders, manage shortages, expedite requests, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve on-time delivery and overall efficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 7+ years in Production Planning, Production Control, Scheduling, or Materials Management.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and ERP systems proficiency.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and advanced Excel skills.
• Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency is required.

Responsabilidades

• Review, release, and maintain production orders in ERP to reflect customer needs and capacity.
• Conduct daily shortage reviews and collaborate with Procurement to resolve material constraints.
• Own daily/weekly late-order reviews and develop recovery plans for past-due orders.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and Customer Service on holds, rework, and status updates.
