Axalta is seeking an Assistant Plant Manager (APM) for its Tlalnepantla coatings facility in Mexico. You will lead site operations, coordinate production, warehousing, maintenance and safety, and partner with Supply Chain, Sales/Marketing, R&D and Customer Service to meet customer needs.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering/chemistry or related field and 10+ years manufacturing leadership, with process safety management experience; the successful candidate will drive cost productivity

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry or related field; or equivalent experience.
• +10 years of experience in progressive manufacturing operations leadership roles and leading managers of people.
• Prior experience in a Manufacturing environment as a leader in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge and experience leading in Process Safety Management (PSM) environment or highly regulated plant.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all operational aspects of the coatings facility including production, warehousing, and maintenance.
• Drive safety culture and ensure compliance with PSM.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain, Sales/Marketing, R&D and Customer Service.
• Develop and execute manufacturing strategy for the site.
• Manage site budget and productivity improvements.
