G&W Electric in San Luis Potosí seeks an Operations Leader to direct Production, Warehouse and Maintenance. You will set objectives, drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements, and lead a team through change.

You will build capacity plans, manage budgets, and implement Lean daily management with clear KPIs. Fluency in English and experience with ISO standards are required to ensure compliance across the plant.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5-7 years of related experience.
• At least ten years of progressive leadership in manufacturing.
• Experience managing Production and coordinating Warehouse, material flow, and Maintenance.
• Extensive knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, TPM, or similar improvements.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and fundamentals of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Experience managing safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, inventory and maintenance KPIs; budgeting.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the Operations strategy for Production, Warehouse, and Maintenance.
• Lead Supervisors and Team Leaders to align with plant priorities and drive accountability.
• Lead capacity, resource, and budget planning for the assigned areas.
• Evaluate processes, tools, technology and investments to improve capacity and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 within the Integrated Management System.
