You will partner with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing objectives, utilization of resources, and drive equipment and process improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, at least 5 years of manufacturing and 5 years of supervisory experience, and full bilingual proficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science degree, preferably with a technical emphasis.
• Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Fully bilingual.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Proven leadership, decision making, planning, scheduling, and team facilitation skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage production operations to ensure efficient workflow and attainment of production objectives.
• Support the hiring and development of production personnel while promoting a safe and productive work environment.
• Oversee the implementation and integration of new equipment and operational improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor production performance through reports, observations, meetings, and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
