Confidential Careers is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations in a fast-paced industrial environment in Mexico.

You will drive safety, quality, delivery and cost objectives, develop supervisors, lead continuous improvement, and collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance and Supply Chain teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations and people leadership.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement knowledge.
• Experience with quality and manufacturing systems.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
