Ohmite Manufacturing is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations and ensure reliable operation of machinery and equipment. The role involves preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance and planning across electrical and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance with production staff, reviewing equipment designs for maintenance feasibility, leading lean initiatives, and enforcing ISO/IATF quality standards to minimize downtime and improve

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5 years supervisory experience with heavy machinery or production lines.
• Strong critical thinking and organizational skills.
• Ability to identify and solve inefficiencies in processes.

Responsabilidades

• Preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Planning and coordinating maintenance activities including review of mechanical and electrical engineering specifications.
• Review of proposed new equipment designs to assess preventive maintenance and parts availability.
• Coordinate with production staff to schedule repairs and safety inspections.
• Lead lean manufacturing initiatives, cost reduction and continuous improvements.
• Ensure compliance with ISO/IATF Quality System.
• Provide leadership for problem resolution to enable fast improvements.
• Check quality standards and functionality of services and machines regularly.
• Escalate problems early and schedule repairs to minimize loss to business.
• Conduct regular assessments and trainings to ensure employee safety.
