Dauch Corporation seeks a highly skilled Maintenance Technician Specialist to support manufacturing operations. The role involves advanced maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of complex machinery to maximize production efficiency and minimize downtime.

Responsibilities include preventive/corrective maintenance on CNCs, robotics, hydraulics and pneumatics, CMMS documentation, safety compliance, and mentoring junior techs. Strong electrical/mechanical expertise and PLC experience are required.

Formación

• Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems up to 480V.
• Experience with PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens), VFDs, and motor controls.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with hydraulics, pneumatics, and precision machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
• Familiarity with sensors, actuators, and control devices.
• Experience with robotic systems (Fanuc, Kuka) desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in manufacturing environments.
• Forklift and aerial lift certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on CNC machines, robotics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and material handling equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues using schematics and manuals.
• Execute repairs, rebuilds, and component replacements with safety and quality adherence.
• Conduct routine inspections and identify equipment failures or improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to implement modifications and process improvements.
• Utilize CMMS to document work, track parts usage, and manage work orders.
• Adhere to safety regulations including Lockout/Tagout.
• Train and mentor junior technicians on maintenance practices.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
