Job summary

LIXIL's Aguascalientes plant seeks a strategic Plant HR Leader to align people strategy with manufacturing KPIs, develop talent, and ensure compliant, people-first operations.

Your role partners with plant leadership to drive workforce planning, labor relations, and lean HR practices, shaping a high-performance culture across ~1500 employees while upholding Mexico’s labor standards and safety commitments. Strong bilingual communication and change leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in HR, Business, Industrial Engineering, Law or Psychology or related field.
• 8–10 years progressive HR experience; 5+ years leading HR in manufacturing.
• Extensive labor relations experience with unions in Mexico.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required with cross-border stakeholder engagement.
• Proficient in HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR partner to align with operational KPIs (OEE, safety, productivity, cost).
• Lead plant floor governance: DMS, Gemba, safety committees, visual management.
• Oversee workforce planning, SWP and capability development.
• Direct collective bargaining negotiations and CBA administration in Mexico.
• Foster a strong safety culture and collaborative employer branding.
• Lead HR analytics and LeanHR improvements across the plant.
