Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience: 5+ years as Lean Engineer in high complexity industries.
• Lean Manufacturing tools and TPM/5S knowledge.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Implement and execute Lean Manufacturing strategy at the plant.
• Train plant members on lean tools and conduct kaizen workshops.
• Lead Daily Management implementation and capacity analysis across the plant.
• Document process improvements aligning with ISO and sustainability.
• Collaborate on New Product Introduction to maintain lean approaches.
