Vertiv is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health and Safety leader for our Reynosa facility. You will own EHS programs, ensure regulatory compliance, conduct risk assessments, lead incident investigations, and drive a proactive safety culture across operations.

You will partner with Operations and Engineering to implement safety improvements, manage audits and training, report KPIs, and steer environmental programs including waste, emissions, and sustainability initiatives.

Formación

• Lead Environmental, Health & Safety programs for a manufacturing facility.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, occupational health, and safety regs.
• Develop strategies to promote a proactive safety culture.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify opportunities to reduce hazards.
• Lead incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and report EHS performance metrics and KPIs.
• Manage regulatory inspections, audits, and compliance reporting.
• Coordinate emergency response plans, drills, and business continuity activities.
• Develop and deliver EHS training for employees, contractors, and leadership.
• Partner with Operations and Engineering to implement safety improvements.
