Hollingsworth & Vose seeks a senior operations leader to head the Apizaco plant in Tlaxcala. You will drive safety, quality, and cost performance while coordinating with HR, finance, and maintenance teams to meet business goals.

You will manage union negotiations, ensure Mexican regulatory compliance, and champion continuous improvement across manufacturing processes. A strong leadership presence and bilingual fluency are required.

Formación

• 10+ years leading manufacturing teams of 50+ people.
• Experience with union negotiations and CCT administration.
• Fluent in Spanish and professional English; able to lead the shop floor in Spanish.
• Knowledge of Mexican labor law (Ley Federal del Trabajo) and NOM/STPS compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Champion EH&S efforts and safety culture across the site.
• Own the plant P&L and control operating costs within the yearly plan.
• Lead the operations management team and manage union relationships and wage discussions.
• Ensure full compliance with NOMs, STPS, IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAT and environmental regulations.
• Develop staffing plans and coach teams to achieve objectives and continuous improvement.
