Axalta in Mexico seeks an Assistant Plant Manager to lead site operations for the Tlalnepantla campus, overseeing production, warehousing and maintenance with a focus on safety and cost productivity.

The role requires a engineering or related degree and 10+ years in progressive manufacturing leadership, with strong cross-functional collaboration across Supply Chain, QA, and Customer Service to meet customer requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry or related field or equivalent experience.
• +10 years of experience in progressive manufacturing operations leadership roles.
• Knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM) environment or highly regulated plant.

Responsabilidades

• Full accountability for all operational aspects of an integrated coatings facility including production, warehousing, and maintenance.
