Hollingsworth & Vose is seeking a senior operations leader for our Apizaco, Tlaxcala site to drive safety, quality, and cost improvements. You will oversee the plant's P&L performance and act as the site’s primary representative with unions and local authorities.

Extensive experience in process manufacturing and change leadership is required. The role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on coaching to deliver continuous improvement and community engagement in a regulated

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years leading manufacturing teams of 50+ people with tangible results.
• Fluent Spanish and professional English required; ability to lead the shop floor in Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead EH&S and continuous improvement to improve reliability, quality, and cost.
• Oversee unionized plant operations under a CCT; negotiate wage reviews and manage work rules.
• Manage staffing plans and provide resources for safe, effective objectives.
• Develop and coach teams for maximum engagement and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican federal and Tlaxcala regulations and permits.
• Represent the company with local authorities, community, and partners.
