Koch is seeking a Planning Leader to develop, execute, and monitor the Master Production Schedule (MPS) across multiple value chains in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

The role emphasizes aligning demand with capacity, ensuring on-time deliveries, and optimizing inventory while adhering to quality and regulatory standards for electronics, medical devices, aerospace, and defense industries.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Logistics or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in Maquiladoras in Production Planning, Material Planning, Demand Planning, etc.
  • 2–3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Excellent use of Office (Word, Excel, Power BI, etc.).
  • Teamwork, excellent customer service, management and conflict resolution.
  • Knowledge of Glovia or/ and Intelex systems.
  • Fluency in English (80–90%).

Responsabilidades

  • Develop, maintain, and manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
  • Balance customer demand with available manufacturing capacity.
  • Coordinate production scheduling considering capacity, material availability, and priorities.
  • Monitor and adjust production plans based on demand fluctuations and constraints.
  • Ensure production schedules support customer delivery commitments and business objectives.
  • Analyze customer forecasts and demand requirements.
  • Participate in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP).
  • Identify significant demand changes and develop mitigation plans.
  • Maintain communication with internal and external customers regarding schedule changes.
  • Coordinate with Purchasing, Materials, and Warehouse to ensure material availability.
  • Monitor critical components and supply chain risks.
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
  • Support inventory reduction initiatives without impacting commitments.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Support customer, certification, and regulatory audits.

What You Will Do
  • Develop, maintain, and manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS).

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Logistics or Related field.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience on Maquiladoras in areas as Production Planning, Material Planning, Demand Planning, etc.
  • 2 to 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Excellent use of Office (Word, Excel, Power BI etc).
  • Teamwork, Excellent customer service, Management and Conflict Resolution.
  • Knowledge of Glovia or/ and Intelex system.
  • Fluency in English (80%-90%)
