Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Strategy Program Coordinator to support executive-level initiatives and cross-functional projects. This role combines project coordination, business analytics, process management, and collaboration to help achieve organizational objectives.
The ideal candidate holds a related Bachelor’s degree, advanced English, strong analytical and collaboration skills, and proficiency in MS Office and SAP.

This position will be responsible for supporting the execution of strategic programs while providing executive-level support to senior leadership. This position combines project coordination, business analytics, process management, and cross-functional collaboration to help ensure organizational objectives are achieved.
Ability to coordinate multiple projects, priorities, and executive commitments while ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
Ability to document processes, identify improvement opportunities, and monitor operational metrics to drive efficiency.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Ability to develop presentations, reports, and communications that clearly convey information to executive and corporate audiences.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify root causes, evaluate alternatives, and recommend data-driven solutions.
Ability to plan, organize, monitor, and report project activities to ensure successful execution and delivery of objectives.
Ability to collect, consolidate, interpret, and present information that supports informed business decisions.
Ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy, quality, and attention to detail.
