Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Strategy professional to support the execution of strategic programs and provide executive-level support to senior leadership in Mexico. You will blend project coordination, analytics, process management, and collaboration to help achieve organizational objectives.

The role requires strong English skills, a Bachelor's degree, and experience with Microsoft Office and SAP; advanced Excel is preferred. Monday–Friday, relocation not offered.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• Advanced English required; Microsoft Office and SAP knowledge preferred.
• Strong planning and organizational skills; ability to coordinate multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Program Manager in executing and monitoring strategic programs.
• Monitor KPIs, identify deviations, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze operational data to provide insights for decisions.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, and status reports.
• Track milestones, budgets, and overall program performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities among teams and stakeholders.
• Prepare executive presentations, dashboards, and management reports.
• Manage Director’s calendar, travel arrangements, and expenses.
• Support process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Facilitate follow-up meetings and ensure timely action item completion.

Job Summary

This position will be responsible for supporting the execution of strategic programs while providing executive-level support to senior leadership. This position combines project coordination, business analytics, process management, and cross-functional collaboration to help ensure organizational objectives are achieved.

What you will do

• Support the Program Manager in the execution and monitoring of strategic programs and projects.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify deviations, risks, and improvement opportunities, and communicate findings to leadership.
• Analyze operational and business data to provide insights and recommendations that support decision-making.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, status reports, and project documentation.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, budgets, and overall program performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities among internal teams and corporate stakeholders.
• Prepare executive presentations, dashboards, and management reports for leadership reviews.
• Manage the Director’s calendar, including meetings, travel arrangements, expense reports, executive events, and corporate visit logistics.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Facilitate follow-up meetings, document action items, and ensure timely completion of commitments and deliverables.

Educational requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field. This position requires advanced English Microsoft Office SAP Knowledge preferred Advanced-level Excel skills

• The best candidates will also have Project and program management. KPI management and performance measurement. Process mapping and documentation.

Additional Information

Location: Santa Catarina, Nuevo León

Working Hours: Monday to Friday.
