Caterpillar Inc. in Mexico is seeking a Strategy Program Coordinator to support the execution of strategic programs and provide executive-level support to senior leadership.

This role combines project coordination, business analytics, process management, and cross-functional collaboration to help achieve organizational objectives. You will monitor KPIs, analyze data, develop schedules and dashboards, and coordinate across internal teams and stakeholders, while supporting continuous improvement

Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Advanced English required; SAP knowledge and advanced Excel skills preferred.

Responsabilidades

  • Support the Program Manager in the execution and monitoring of strategic programs and projects.
  • Monitor KPIs, identify deviations, risks, and improvement opportunities, and communicate findings to leadership.
  • Analyze operational and business data to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, status reports, and project documentation.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, budgets, and overall program performance.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities among internal teams and corporate stakeholders.
  • Prepare executive presentations, dashboards, and management reports for leadership reviews.
  • Manage the Director’s calendar, including meetings, travel, expense reports, events, and logistics.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and efficiency.
  • Facilitate follow-up meetings, document action items, and ensure timely completion of commitments.

Job Summary

What you will do
  • Support the Program Manager in the execution and monitoring of strategic programs and projects.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify deviations, risks, and improvement opportunities, and communicate findings to leadership.
  • Analyze operational and business data to provide insights and recommendations that support decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, status reports, and project documentation.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, budgets, and overall program performance.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities among internal teams and corporate stakeholders.
  • Prepare executive presentations, dashboards, and management reports for leadership reviews.
  • Manage the Director’s calendar, including meetings, travel arrangements, expense reports, executive events, and corporate visit logistics.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate follow-up meetings, document action items, and ensure timely completion of commitments and deliverables.
Educational requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field. This position requires advanced English Microsoft Office SAP Knowledge preferred Advanced-level Excel skills

  • Project Management Ability to plan, organize, monitor, and report project activities to ensure successful execution and delivery of objectives.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting Ability to collect, consolidate, interpret, and present information that supports informed business decisions.
  • Organization and Time Management Ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy, quality, and attention to detail.
  • The best candidates will also have Project and program management. KPI management and performance measurement. Process mapping and documentation.
Additional Information

Location: Santa Catarina, Nuevo León

Working Hours: Monday to Friday.
