Mondelēz International invites a skilled Process Development & Engineering professional to join the RDQ team in Mexico. You will lead process trials in pilot plants and factories, using your expertise to drive process design and deployment for innovation and productivity projects across geographies.

You will be responsible for planning resources, coordinating with suppliers and external agencies, and producing technically rigorous reports and specifications that support our competitive edge.

Competenze

• Experience in fast-moving consumer goods is preferred.
• Ability to work with teams and independently.
• Strong analytical writing and data interpretation skills.
