Job summary

Mondelēz International Mexico invites you to join our manufacturing leadership team as a dedicated plant manager. In this role you will oversee line performance, safety, quality, cost control, and delivery targets, guiding teams to achieve sustained improvements.

You will develop budgets, manage governance and compliance, and lead talent development, succession planning, and recruitment to ensure long-term technical mastery on the line.

Qualifications

• Experience leading autonomous maintenance and preventive maintenance programs on manufacturing lines.
• Proven TPM and Six Sigma knowledge with qualifications/certification where applicable.
• Ability to lead line teams and handle challenging interpersonal situations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets for the lines under your responsibility.
• Break down targets to line and unit levels and ensure staff understand performance goals.
• Develop budgets, manage governance, cost control, and workforce planning.
• Recruit, retain, develop, and plan succession for key team members.
