Job summary

Solvo Global Careers is seeking a highly organized Legal Assistant to support personal injury legal teams. You will maintain client communications, coordinate with hospitals, police, and insurers, and manage a large docket of cases with careful attention to detail.

Responsibilities include scheduling physical therapy, prioritizing tasks, and handling sensitive information discreetly. Training runs Monday–Friday 9:00–17:30 EST, with post-training options for a stable 10:00–18:00 or 12:00–20:00

Qualifications

1+ year of customer service experience (BPO or local CSR)
C1 level or better English (B2+ fluent)
Ability to work under pressure and stay calm
Adaptability to change and new procedures
Training is Monday–Friday 9:00–17:30 EST; after training, two schedule options

Responsibilities

Client follow-up: maintain constant and effective communication with clients
Institutional contact: coordinate with hospitals, police, insurers, and related institutions
Case management: handle a large number of cases with proper attention
Task prioritization: organize and prioritize tasks by importance and urgency
Therapy scheduling: manage scheduling of physical therapy sessions and follow up with clients
Handling sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and professionalism
