About Us

At Legal Management Group, we are the exclusive talent acquisition and management partner for Farahi Law Firm, one of California's fastest-growing personal injury law firms. As our organization continues to expand across the United States, Mexico, and the Philippines, we are looking for experienced legal professionals who are passionate about helping maximize outcomes for injured clients.

Why This Role Matters

As a Pre-Litigation Demand Strategist, you will play one of the most strategic roles within our Pre-Litigation department. You will work closely with our Demand Writing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and quality oversight while also serving as a trusted resource for clients throughout the pre-litigation process. This role requires someone who combines strong analytical skills with deep personal injury knowledge and the ability to communicate complex legal strategies clearly and confidently.

  • Meet with clients to explain case strategy and the reasoning behind recommendations.
  • Manage client expectations regarding timelines, treatment, settlement potential, and the pre-litigation process.
  • Build trust by communicating complex legal and medical concepts in a clear and compassionate manner.
  • Serve as a strategic point of contact throughout the demand preparation process.
