Job summary

Legal Management Group seeks a Senior Strategic Demand & Brief Specialist to develop evidence-based demand packages and persuasive briefs for Personal Injury claims. You will translate complex medical and factual information into clear arguments and support settlement strategy with strategic writing.

You will work closely with attorneys and case managers to ensure narratives reflect the facts, damages, and liability and to position claims for maximum recovery.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to draft demand letters, briefs, and negotiation documents.
• Strong understanding of Personal Injury claims, liability, causation, and damages.
• Ability to review large volumes of medical and case-related documentation.
• Excellent written communication and legal writing skills.
• Experience mentoring junior writers or demand specialists is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive demand packages for submission to insurance carriers and opposing parties.
• Review and analyze medical records, medical bills, insurance correspondence, police reports, witness statements, and other case documentation.
• Identify strengths, weaknesses, and gaps that may affect settlement negotiations.
• Draft persuasive demand letters, settlement briefs, and response letters.
• Evaluate case information to determine which evidence and arguments should be emphasized in the demand.
• Collaborate with attorneys and cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and strategy.
