Globant is seeking a Senior Performance Test Engineer to drive performance testing for our Monterrey-based engagements. You will lead test planning, execute tests, analyze results, and communicate findings through dashboards and reports.

The role focuses on performance monitoring, bottleneck identification, and automation scripting to ensure scalable digital solutions for clients in a dynamic tech landscape.

Formación

• Must have hands-on experience planning and executing performance tests.
• Proficient in analyzing results and identifying bottlenecks.
• Experience creating and maintaining performance scripts and reports.
