Top performers can drive 70–80+ successful hires monthly by connecting with qualified leads, scheduling consultations, and updating client information in the CRM.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Recruiting, or related field.
• CRM experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Goal-oriented and competitive.

Responsabilidades

• Contact qualified leads who have already reached out about our services.
• Schedule appointments with our consultants.
• Keep potential client information updated in our CRM.
