411 Locals is hiring entry-level Mexico-based BDRs to connect small business owners with our senior sales team. You’ll make outbound calls to local service businesses and contractors, qualify interest, and schedule leads for closer engagement.

This is a role ideal for those with call center or inside sales experience who want to grow in a performance-driven environment. You’ll work with a team, use scripts, and earn base pay plus bonuses tied to appointments and closed deals.

Formación

• Entry-level role with outbound calls to business owners.
• Some cold calling, appointment-setting, telemarketing, or inside sales experience preferred.
• Good listening and ability to follow a script.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound calls to small business owners.
• Confirm owner or decision maker is speaking.
• Ask questions to gauge interest in more leads or customers.
• Briefly explain the lead generation offer and the 10 leads for $300.
• Set qualified appointments for senior closers; perform live transfers when available.
• Follow approved scripts and call flows; send appointment notes accurately.
• Take coaching from team leads, QA, and closers; improve calls based on feedback.
