Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Performance Benchmarking Analyst to ensure accurate hotel and market data and to support benchmarking initiatives across the organization.

You will design data models, validate data, and help teams use insights on RGI, competitive sets, and external data products, collaborating with Technology, Commercial and Finance to modernise processes with automation and AI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years experience with Finance data systems.
• Understanding and experience of structuring big data and machine learning tools to process large datasets.
• Dashboards and querying tools (e.g. Tableau/Kyvos) for data access.

Responsibilities

• Weekly inbound data from STR and other sources processed and checked.
• Design structured data models to enable reliable market insights.
• Support hotel and corporate teams with benchmarking data and digital products.
• Collaborate with Global Technology, Commercial, Finance and Partner teams to ensure data quality.
