RS Group is seeking a GSBS Performance Analyst to provide data and insight across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Order Processing. You will create, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards to drive action and measurable improvements.

Working in a global, hybrid environment, you will partner with GSBS Operational teams and the Group Data team to translate complex data into actionable recommendations, train stakeholders, and support continuous performance improvement across the

• 3+ years of experience in a similar analytical role with stakeholder engagement.
• Degree level education in a related analytical field.
• Strong English and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP BO, BW, and data warehousing concepts.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI toolsets for reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and deliver reports/dashboards to GSBS leadership and teams.
• Partner with GSBS Ops to define new reporting needs and maintain existing ones.
• Source large data sets and apply analytics to enable decision making.
• Advise on BI best practices and guide customers on KPI usage.
• Manage projects, communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly.
