Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group seeks a Performance Benchmarking Analyst to ensure reliable data on hotel and market performance. You will support cross-functional teams with benchmarking data, respond to queries, and help design data models that improve access and interpretation of information.

This role involves collaborating with Technology, Commercial, Operations and Finance to optimise data flows and automate processes using AI. A minimum of three years in finance data systems is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 3+ years experience with Finance data systems.
• Experience with structuring big data and machine learning tools; dashboards and querying tools (Tableau/Kyvos).

Responsibilities

• Process and validate weekly inbound industry data from STR and ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound pipeline and rooms data with vendors and perform adjustments.
• Design structured data models (schemas) to enable consistent market insights.
• Support hotels and corporate teams with STR digital products and data queries.
• Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to modernise processes with AI and automation.
