Community Sports Partners is seeking a high-output Video Editor to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. You will turn real-world moments into scroll-stopping content for paid ads and organic social across Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and more.

You will edit weekly briefs from the Head of Growth, delivering rapid turnaround videos with captions and native-feel pacing. The role emphasizes speed, quality, and measurable results in a high-volume setting.

Formación

• 2+ years in an ad-driven editing role with paid creative experience and measurable results.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects; CapCut Pro acceptable.
• Fluent written English; conversational spoken English for weekly calls.
• Spanish-language content capability is a bonus.
• Ability to deliver high-volume edits under tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Edit UGC-style vertical video (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) for paid performance with hooks in first 2 seconds and captions.
• Produce multiple ad variants from the same footage for testing.
• Edit parent/kid/coach interviews into testimonial ads.
• Add motion graphics and brand elements with English captions; Spanish is a plus.
• Turn around priority requests in 24–48 hours.
• Maintain an organized footage library and templates.
• Report weekly variant output to Head of Growth.
