We’re looking for a Video Editor who lives and breathes short-form and long-form content — someone who can turn raw footage into high-energy, perfectly-paced edits that grab attention in the first second. You’ll be cutting dynamic reels, shorts, founder clips, and launch moments across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

What You’ll Do

• Edit short-form, social-native videos that bring energy, emotion, and precision.
• Adapt storytelling for platforms — quick hooks, rhythm, movement, and retention.
• Collaborate with creative producers and brand leads to craft visual storylines.
• Add motion graphics, captions, and subtle effects that enhance engagement.
• Maintain speed and consistency, delivering edits that feel alive and on-brand.
• Create and polish long form video that might include interviews, events, and documentaries.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience editing high-impact videos (show us your reels or portfolio).
• Expert in tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong sense of pacing, trend awareness, and tone-matching.
• Ability to find the narrative beating heart in any clip, even a casual founder video.
• Comfort iterating quickly — you move fast and deliver faster.

Nice to Have

• Experience with branded content, creator storytelling, or startup media.
• Knowledge of sound design and dynamic transitions for modern social style.
